Welcome to the membership section of the website.

We discuss membership whenever we meet yet it is very few of us who make the effort to attract new members. Due to our restricted age group our numbers could decline unless we ALL make the effort to attract at least one new member to replace us.
This last year has shown a marked improvement in correct the decline of the previous years. We must now continue to build on this by increasing the momentum and reacting positively to any new initiative.
This section of the website is dedicated to providing a reservoir of membership initiatives and ideas that exist in Round Table Worldwide, in order for you to adopt the ideas that you find within, adapt them to suit the specific needs of your Association or Club, and hopefully improve on it, in order to ensure the ideas evolve into great strategies for future members to learn from.
At the RTI World Meeting in Pattaya in 2008, the following motion was voted in and is currently a by-law of the RTI constitution:
“All full member associations of RTI shall come forward with a solid and thorough national membership plan by the year 2010.
The RTI Board shall provide general guidelines in order to assist Associations and shall monitor implementation and progress of each Associations plan.”
This year we will be following up on each association to help them to ensure that they come to the 2010 AGM in Dubai with their membership plans.
